Our work
A look at how we've helped founders and operators build the systems that let their businesses scale.
Comma scaled Daniele Merriweather's own project-management system into a centralised Notion workspace for Offerpad, rather than replacing it with a rigid template. Four line-of-business dashboards, an executive teamspace, and a bonus product teamspace all shipped inside a 4-week window against a hard COO deadline.
Atlas, a Canadian healthcare marketing agency, partnered with Comma on a 4-week Notion overhaul — centralising databases, redesigning the Work Back Schedule, and building an onboarding-ready system ahead of a fall hiring push. Despite a mid-project data mishap, the team shipped every Phase 1 deliverable and immediately expanded into a Phase 2 engagement.
Marketing Pros needed a trusted way to manage cash across entities, currencies, payroll, VAT, placements, and funding facilities. Comma built a traceable cash-flow model that gave the team a clear daily cash position, a broader 12-month forecast, earlier visibility of pinch points, and more confidence in strategic and funding decisions.
hear.com's South African sales operation was running on manual Google Sheets and a sprawling, organically-grown Notion workspace that made performance data and key resources hard to find. Comma built an automated Sales Advancement Framework that syncs consultant performance into live Notion dashboards, then began rebuilding the wider workspace into a centralised, scalable operating system. Phase 1 (the sales framework) is live; the workspace rebuild is underway.
SUNiCE had no formal inventory system at all when Comma was brought on. Comma built one from scratch — a centralised, relational system covering raw goods, production, and distributor orders — designed from day one to become a repeatable template for other manufacturing and assembly businesses fighting the same battle against rigid, expensive inventory software.
